Theoderick Tam

It was an honor for Theo to serve as team leader and CUREs Fellow for this remarkably talented and imagynative team. He graduated from Stanford University where he studied Product Design and Mechanical Engineering and he recently completed the Master of Engineering Management Program at Duke University. Before his work with ImaGyn, Theo designed space system mechanisms as a mechanical design engineer at Lockheed Martin and supported the launch of Froogle Germany at Google. In his free time, Theo's passion and vision for the global community has led him to places like Germany, Tibet, and Haiti, where he has performed with a church band in Munich, shared a cup of yak milk tea with Tibetan farmers and scrubbed-in to a surgery for a local Haitian woman.

Adnan Haider

Adnan has worked for IBM, where he was responsible for the technical sales of storage solutions in Pakistan. He has also worked with a niche financial consulting firm, where he managed business process improvement and reported to the CEO. Adnan, having lived in the US, Dubai, and Pakistan, is well-versed in multiple cultures and can engage with people from a variety of backgrounds. He holds a masters degree in Computer Science and is a Fulbright scholar at Duke University.

Wynn Xiao Wu

Wynn is familiar with the startup process, having founded three small ventures in the past 5 years, including a cafe, a social networking website, and an LED lighting technology company. With a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from Swarthmore College, Wynn brings with him knowledge in many aspects of product design and prototyping. With experience in the US, China and Hong Kong, Wynn is culturally fluent and can conduct business in North America as well as Asia.

Gauravjit Singh

Gaurav has a Bachelors in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India. Having studied and worked in India, U.A.E and the U.S has raised his awareness and his ability to work effectively across different corporate cultures. He recently completed a summer internship at UBS Global Asset Management in New York. As an aspiring venture capitalist pursuing a masters degree in Engineering Management at Duke University, Gaurav is interested in developing the concept of Social Financial Services.

Ram Balasubramanian

Ram graduated from the University of Mumbai in India with a Bachelors’ in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. He specializes in data analysis and interpretation, and has been on several diverse teams, working on cross-functional assignments. His continuing research work on outsourcing and immigration has received worldwide attention over the past year. Following graduation from Duke, he launched an exciting career with PricewaterhouseCoopers' Dispute Analysis and Investigations Practice in Washington, DC. Ram has traveled extensively, speaks four languages fluently, and is an avid philatelist.
